• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, explaining case developments and legal options.
• Negotiate settlements and plea deals when appropriate, working toward favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain detailed and organized case files, ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow legal professionals to strategize on complex cases.
• Stay up to date with changes in criminal law, legal precedents, and regulatory updates.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of criminal defense experience.
• Familiarity with other practice areas such as immigration law, personal injury, or family law is a plus.
• Strong litigation experience and legal writing abilities.
• Exceptional research, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
