Duties

• Manage COBRA compliance and executive compensation agreements.
• Handle related Internal Revenue Code matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Admission to the New Jersey bar.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications
