Duties

• Manage a docket of real estate and commercial litigation matters.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy with partners and clients.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions; prepare clients and witnesses.
• Argue motions and participate in court appearances and negotiations.
• Manage discovery and deadlines efficiently.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to build relationships.
• Collaborate with paralegals and team members, ensuring quality and deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience as a junior associate or associate attorney in a law firm.
• Specific experience in commercial real estate litigation.
