Duties

• Draft credit agreements, security documents, and other loan documents.
• Close loan transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with commercial banks, non-bank lenders, and private equity sponsors.
• Engage in all aspects of financing transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of general debt finance experience.
• Active Colorado law license or eligibility to waive in.
• Strong academic background and law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active law license in Colorado or ability to waive in.
