Duties

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.

• Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and negotiations.
• Engage in court appearances, inspections, and trial preparation.
• Handle general liability defense matters, including premises liability.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices on complex litigation.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to practice in Texas required.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Exceptional writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Texas bar.

• Experience with New York Labor Law and construction accident litigation.
