Duties

• Oversee defense litigation matters in hospitality, premises, or general liability.
• Manage business/commercial litigation or related insurance practice.
• Lead and supervise a team of attorneys.
• Appear in both Federal and State courts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Trial and arbitration experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Admitted to practice in Texas.
• Available for meetings and court appearances in Texas.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Texas.
