• Utilize Westlaw for research purposes and case management.
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and litigation plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of criminal law.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Proficient in legal drafting with attention to detail.
• Ability to litigate cases confidently in court settings.
• Strong research skills utilizing tools such as Westlaw.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A commitment to ethical practice and professional development within the legal field.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not a requirement.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
