Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Texas.
• Prior trial experience in personal injury law.
• Proficiency in legal research platforms like Westlaw.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Strong legal drafting and writing abilities.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures and courtroom practices.
• Legal administrative experience for efficient case management.
