BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:





  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal setting.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Possess high level of professional judgement.


  • High level of emotional maturity and professionalism.


  • Expert level computer experience; Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.


  • Ability to make good decisions, independently plan and carry out assignments with minimal guidance.

ABOUT THE JOB:



Within our team, the administrative staff is heavily depended upon with responsibilities that exceed those of a traditional secretarial role.   The Client Coordinator provides full administrative, organizational and clerical support.The position requires an individual who can prepare and handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion and diplomacy. This role requires the ability to be proactive in anticipating needs, independent judgement and capability to manage multiple priorities with a high level customer service attitude.
