Busy downtown Pensacola, Florida firm seeking experienced Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant. Responsibilities include: Correspondence, drafting and filing of pleadings, complete file maintenance, calendar management and other duties as they arise. 

Candidate must be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines a must!  The position requires:

* High School Diploma

* Previous experience as a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant

* Microsoft Office

* Strong writing, organizational and interpersonal skills

* Analytical and problem-solving skills

* Professional appearance

* Punctual and reliable

* Criminal background check completion
