Duties

• Report to the Managing Partner.
• Supervise lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and externs.
• Lead by example with diligence and a positive attitude.
• Engage in significant client contact.
• Participate in client development and firm growth.
• Develop and expand your book of business.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of franchise law experience.
• Licensed to practice in New York, California, Florida, Texas, or elsewhere in the U.S. or Canada.
• Possess a portable book of business of $500,000 or more.
• Experience advising franchisors, franchisees, and related businesses.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
