Duties

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and stay informed on changes in family law.
• Attend court hearings and trials, presenting cases effectively.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the legal process.
• Collaborate with paralegals and other legal staff for efficient case management.
• Lead the Little Rock market, driving revenue and team growth.
• Foster a positive office culture and collaboration across various roles and locations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on market growth plans and strategy.
• Make recommendations for improvement to other partners and firm leadership.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience in family law litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
