Duties

• Evaluate and investigate new personal injury claims for merit and liability.
• Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through pre-litigation settlement.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather information.
• Review and analyze medical records, police reports, and insurance policies.
• Coordinate medical treatment for clients and monitor progress.
• Draft and submit demand packages to insurance companies.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters for maximum compensation.
• Prepare cases for litigation if necessary, including detailed case summaries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in case management software.
• Work closely with case managers, intake staff, and litigation attorneys.

Requirements

• Four-year bachelor's degree and completion of law school from an accredited institution.
• Ability to handle a heavy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive writing and verbal communication skills.
• Admitted to local and state bar associations.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
