Job Description: 

We are a growing family law firm in Jacksonville, Florida, seeking a compassionate, skilled, and client-focused Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, modifications, and domestic violence cases. Key Responsibilities: 

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, paternity, support, and injunctions 

• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements 

• Attend and advocate at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials 

• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients 

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution with minimal supervision 

• Maintain strong client communication and deliver exceptional service 

• Collaborate with legal team members on case strategy and firm goals 

Qualifications: 

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school 

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar 

• Family law experience required 

• Courtroom and litigation experience in family law matters 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Empathetic, organized, and capable of handling emotionally sensitive cases 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
