Duties

• Draft, review, and revise credit agreements and related documents.
• Manage deal processes and client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful transaction outcomes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in lender and/or borrower-side financings.
• Experience with syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, or asset-based lending.
• Strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is beneficial.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
