The candidate reviews new matter conflict submissions to confirm all necessary party names have been provided. Performs conflict of interest searches using Boolean search techniques for new matters coming into the Firm. Performs conflict of interest searches using Boolean search techniques for potential new hires. Associate’s degree is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Should preferably have 2-3 years of experience working in a law firm or other professional services environment. Experience with Boolean searching is a plus. Experience with general office applications such as Microsoft Office is required.
