Requirements

• Active licensed attorney.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in estate planning and estate administration.
• Highly experienced in estate plan drafting with strong knowledge of best practices.
• Comfortable reviewing and refining complex legal documents.
• Experience with irrevocable trusts is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and systems-minded.
• Strong research skills and a passion for technical legal work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
