Vedder Price is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (2nd to 6th year) to join its Corporate Group in the New York office. Candidates must have 2-6 years of law firm experience. General corporate or finance experience (commercial lending, project finance, structured finance, equipment finance or leasing, etc.) is preferred. Candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging environment. Candidates with strong academic backgrounds are required. Candidates must be admitted in New York or taking steps to become admitted in that jurisdiction
