Duties

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle general liability and personal injury defense cases
• Conduct and defend depositions of experts, witnesses, and parties
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and assist with trial preparation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Provide strategic legal analysis and case management support
• Collaborate with team members on litigation strategy

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of defense litigation experience
• Experience handling personal injury and liability claims
• Familiarity with insurance coverage matters preferred
• Strong academic background
• Experience with billing practices and reporting guidelines
• Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars; New York admission is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with additional New York admission preferred
