A portable book of business is preferred but not required.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and corporate agreements.
• Manage and coordinate complex transactions involving multiple parties.
• Provide general business representation, including advice on corporate governance.
• Maintain and manage assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in banking and commercial transactions.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.

Certifications
