A law firm seeks an ambitious mid- to senior-level attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join their Environment and Energy Practice and Insurance Recovery Teams in West Palm Beach, Florida. The role involves working with sophisticated clients across various sectors, including developers, energy companies, and state agencies.

Duties

• Advise clients on environmental regulatory matters, including NEPA, CWA, CAA, ESA, and RCRA.
• Engage in transactional, claims, and remediation/contamination-related work.
• Represent clients before Congress, federal, and state agencies, and in court.
• Provide direct client contact and legal advocacy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• New York bar license required.
• Preference for candidates in Jacksonville or West Palm Beach, Florida, with remote/hybrid options available.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
