A law firm seeks a highly motivated commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in Tucson, Arizona. The successful candidate will collaborate with experienced attorneys on diverse and complex issues, including real estate development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing.

Duties

• Collaborate on real estate development projects.
• Assist in real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Support financing and commercial leasing transactions.
• Manage complex real estate transactions independently.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate law.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong oral and writing skills.
• Active Arizona bar license or eligibility to take the Arizona bar.
• Third-year law students considered with a start date post-bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Arizona bar license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
