Transformation Leader, Programme Management Office (PMO)
Responsibilities: Engage and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders such as Functional PMs, GPOs/SOs, Transition & Implementation Teams, Partner Consultation Groups and Secretary Advisory Groups. Produce required project management materials including project plans, stakeholder engagement, RAID management, report and presentations. Collect, analyze, responding and sharing feedback across all functions and ensure regional issues and risks are managed appropriately. Ensure compliance with agreed to standards and provide quality assurance reviews for items produced by the team. Ensure regions/office are adequately prepared for implementation of a new service and that programme governance responsibilities are met prior to transition and at completion (sign off). Provide regional input engagement activities for incoming services, including kick-off decks, communications plan and templates, training plan and materials, and change management plan and materials. Liaise and build relationships with Partners, Executive Leadership and PBS teams and PMO. Identify and allocate resources, both people and material, as necessary for successful implementation. Provide deep functional knowledge and demonstrated experience of global change programs. Efficiently deliver projects of the highest quality and meet, exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. Manage both the business sponsorship and technology team aspects of projects.
