Duties

• Help clients prepare for and mitigate security incidents.
• Advise on cybersecurity laws and regulations.
• Guide on security aspects of corporate transactions.
• Direct forensic investigations.
• Manage regulatory and litigation risk.
• Develop communication strategies to mitigate risks.
• Support cybersecurity readiness and governance.

Requirements

• Two to four years of cybersecurity/privacy experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Team-first mindset and collaborative skills.
• Membership in the State Bar of California or ability to become admitted promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
