• Prepare for and appear in court hearings and trials
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure cases progress efficiently
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
• Stay updated on Texas family law regulations and legal precedents

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in family law
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases while meeting deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and case management

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar license (Required)
