Duties

• Manage a high volume of mortgage foreclosure and collections cases.
• Resolve issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution.
• Make court appearances and travel as necessary.
• Develop and maintain industry relationships.
• Contribute to the firm's growth and reputation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage foreclosure and collections.
• Licensed in Mississippi state and federal district and bankruptcy courts.
• Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client support skills.
• Knowledge of the Mississippi legal system.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar License in the state of Mississippi (required).
• Additional state licenses are a plus.
