Job Overview: A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Practice Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial Services Litigation Group, handling various cases involving consumer and commercial financial products. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the attorney to take ownership of cases from start to finish, interacting directly with clients and representing their interests.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conducted legal research and drafted pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and participate in trials, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders to provide updates and strategy recommendations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven experience in drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and trial preparation.
• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in consumer finance-related litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
