Duties:

• Handle complex insurance coverage and reinsurance matters, including issues related to professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.
• Manage cases with minimal supervision, while working collaboratively with colleagues.
• Conduct thorough legal research, providing insightful analysis for clients and team members.
• Prepare and draft clear, concise legal documents, including briefs, motions, and client correspondence.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigations, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Advise clients on risk management strategies related to insurance claims and disputes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, particularly professional liability, general liability, and D&O insurance.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters with autonomy and minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
