Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel on insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and coverage disputes, offering strategic advice to clients.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation, including drafting and filing legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare detailed reports, memoranda, and correspondence.
• Engage in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Stay informed about changes in insurance law and industry developments to provide up-to-date legal advice.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop effective case strategies and prepare for hearings and trials.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Proven ability to handle complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials, including a JD from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated superior research and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
