The role supports the firm's innovation efforts to enhance legal service delivery through people, process, and technology, focusing on the Strategic Advisory and Government Enforcement (SAGE) business unit. This position collaborates across offices and departments to execute projects and initiatives.

Duties

• Lead projects to streamline and improve legal service delivery.
• Develop best practices for resource allocation.
• Digitalize practice through automation and data capture.
• Support data strategy and track matter data.
• Integrate technology, including generative AI, into legal practice.
• Manage technology onboarding and adoption.
• Develop client-facing solutions and improve collaboration platforms.
• Create and automate knowledge libraries.
• Evaluate legal service delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
• Educate legal professionals on technology and client solutions.
• Develop case studies and innovation materials.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a large law firm.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills with practical application.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
