Duties

• Represent clients in family court hearings and proceedings

• Handle matters including divorce, child custody, and support

• Conduct client consultations and assess legal options

• Prepare and file legal documents, including motions and pleadings

• Provide clear communication and legal guidance to clients throughout the case

Requirements

• 1–2 years of courtroom experience in family law matters

• Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions and legal proceedings

• Familiarity with California family law and court procedures

• Reliable and self-directed with the ability to work remotely

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active California State Bar license (required)
