• Interpret and apply homeowner law, specifically California’s Davis-Stirling Act.
• Analyze complex legal issues, provide practical solutions, and advise clients on legal strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service in real-world disputes.
• Foster relationships with clients, empathizing with their unique needs and concerns.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in litigation, real estate, or related fields (administrative law, personal injury, or family law experience is beneficial).
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Proven experience in ADR proceedings and informal negotiations.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
• High emotional intelligence and practical problem-solving capabilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California Bar.

Certifications:

• California Bar License (Required).
