Our boutique law firm seeks an attorney with five to ten (5-10) years of experience to lead one of our three different teams.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in the following practice areas: trust and estates litigation, family law, estate planning, business transactions, and business litigation.
- Supervise a team of two associate attorneys and four support staff.
- Manage cases from start to finish, including propounding/responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
Requirements:
- You are admitted to and in good standing with the CA State Bar.
- You have 5-10 years of experience as an attorney, preferably with experience in supervising a team of attorneys and staff.
- You have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic.
- You’re a natural leader: you’re assertive and confident in what you do and how you do it.
