A nationally expanding plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. Location:

• Los Angeles, California

Duties:

• Manage and litigate complex personal injury cases from intake through trial

• Serve as lead trial counsel with consistent 1st chair trial experience

• Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff

• Oversee the build-up of cases from pre-litigation through all litigation phases

• Collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure seamless client service

• Develop and implement litigation strategies aimed at maximizing case value

• Engage regularly with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and experts

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of total litigation experience, with a minimum of 2 years in personal injury (plaintiff or defense side)

• Demonstrated experience as 1st chair in personal injury trials

• Ability to manage a large caseload and multiple direct reports

• Strong leadership qualities and interest in helping shape firm growth

• Excellent organizational and case management capabilities

• Committed to providing exceptional client service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active license and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Superior oral advocacy and trial preparation skills

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities

• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in handling complex litigation tasks and team leadership

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment
