Duties

• Coordinate, schedule, and conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparations.
• Draft written discovery and discovery responses.
• Prepare pleadings and notices.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case work.
• Draft motions and legal documents for senior attorney review.
• Interview and prepare witnesses and experts for trial.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and trial binders.
• Argue law and motion at hearings.

Requirements

• Valid CA State Bar License.
• Minimum of two years of experience in personal injury law.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Dependable and committed to outstanding performance.
• Self-starter with punctuality and initiative.
• Proficient in legal technologies.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
