Senior Commercial Litigation Associate
The candidate will be responsible for managing the case to conclusion. This will include setting strategy, drafting pleadings and motions, court appearances, communicating with clients and first chair trial work. Must be responsive, organized, and have the ability to manage a busy case load including trials. Must be licensed to practice in Maryland with the ability to waive into the DC Bar. Should have 15+ years of commercial litigation experience, with some experience handling landlord tenant matters.
