This role is ideal for attorneys with a strong foundation in personal injury law who are capable of managing a caseload and leading a team of case managers. The position focuses exclusively on pre-litigation matters and involves strategic case development to maximize settlement value for clients.

Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases through all pre-litigation phases, from intake to settlement

• Evaluate case value and determine strategic approach for maximizing outcomes

• Supervise and mentor legal assistants and file handlers to ensure efficient case progression

• Review and interpret medical reports and billing to support case value

• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare cases for successful resolution

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in personal injury law

• Active license to practice law in the State of California

• Experience managing serious injury cases preferred

• No litigation experience required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• California Bar admission in good standing

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities

• Proficiency in reviewing medical documentation and bills

• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional communication and client service skills

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
