Duties:

• Defend employers in single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
• Handle ERISA litigation matters.

• Represent clients in employment-related actions in agencies and court.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the U.S.
• 3-6 years of experience in employment litigation matters.
• Excellent academic background.

Experience:

• Background in defending employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation cases, and ERISA litigation.
• Substantial experience defending employment actions in agencies and court.

Licenses:

• Must be licensed in the U.S.
• Preference given to licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and/or New York.
