McCandlish Lillard seeks an experienced mid-level associate (prefer 2 – 5 years of experience) to help grow the firm’s family law/domestic relations practice.
The attorney would likely be resident in the firm’s Fairfax office but could also spend time at our Leesburg office, depending on circumstances.
Candidates should have least 2nd chair experience with complex divorce litigation, plus agreement drafting, and a broad range of family law issues.
The right person must enjoy working with clients, be a self-starter, and be detail-oriented.
Virginia Bar and familiarity with northern Virginia court procedures are essential. Applicants must have strong analytical abilities, sensitivity to client needs, a love of and skill at problem-solving, excellent writing and communications skills, and must work well with clients and colleagues.
