Duties

• Represent clients by analyzing legal situations and developing case strategies.

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant legal issues.

• Manage case responsibilities from start to finish.

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Communicate effectively with senior attorneys and paralegals to ensure cases progress efficiently.

• Prepare clients and cases for trial.

• Engage in trial advocacy and litigation as required.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina and in good standing with the SC Bar.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the South Carolina Bar.
