- Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination in Texas.
Education
- Excellent academic credentials.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission without examination.
Skills
- Proficiency in negotiating and drafting complex agreements.
