Duties

• Engage in motion practice and discovery.
• Draft briefs and prepare company witnesses for depositions.
• Take and defend depositions and make court appearances.
• Interact with clients and prepare for trial.
• Manage all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of trial litigation experience.
• Admission to practice law in Texas.
• Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
