Duties

• Lead and manage sophisticated IP litigation cases in federal court and administrative tribunals.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop litigation strategies and solutions.
• Advise clients on patent and trademark disputes, providing strategic guidance.
• Contribute to the growth of the IP practice through business development efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IP litigation, with a focus on patent litigation.
• Experience in managing all phases of IP litigation, including pleadings and trial preparation.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Portable book of business preferred, but not required for candidates with growth potential.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
