The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in privacy and data security litigation, including experience with government regulation and policy enforcement in US, EU, and APEC jurisdictions.

Duties:

• Represent clients in privacy and data security litigation matters.
• Advise on compliance with US, EU, and APEC privacy regulations.
• Handle complex cases involving government regulation and policy enforcement.
• Draft and review legal documents and reports.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for data security and privacy protection.
• Stay updated on technology trends and their legal implications.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on privacy and cybersecurity issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation related to privacy and data security.
• Experience with US, EU, and APEC privacy regulations and enforcement.
• Aptitude for technology and understanding of technological systems.
• CIPP certification is a plus.
• Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• CIPP certification preferred.
