Duties

• Provide direct legal counsel to corporations, investors, and individuals

• Maintain compliance with immigration laws and regulations

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of immigration law experience

• Prior experience supervising legal staff (preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state (California license preferred)
