Advise patent litigation teams based on their own technical and scientific areas of expertise. Interview inventors about new ideas. Should have an advanced degree in mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering (required), plus significant experience with writing about mechanical/medical device concepts. Should preferably be registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Must have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
