The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting patent applications, corresponding with patent offices, advising patent litigation teams, and interviewing inventors. The role requires a strong background in either Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, with expertise in CPU Design and virtual memory management.

Duties:

• Draft patent applications for innovative clients, providing detailed descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with patent offices to facilitate the progress of pending patent applications.
• Advise patent litigation teams based on technical and scientific expertise in CPU Design.
• Conduct interviews with inventors to gather information about new ideas.

Requirements:

• Strong background in either Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in CPU Design, including virtual memory management.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Registration before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office is preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in drafting detailed and accurate patent applications.
• Excellent communication skills for corresponding with patent offices and advising litigation teams.
• Strong interviewing skills to gather information from inventors.
• Superior writing skills for producing high-quality patent applications.
• Knowledge of CPU Design and virtual memory management.

Education:
