Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and handle complex antitrust litigation cases, including case preparation, strategy development, and execution.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on antitrust issues and related legal matters.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in discovery processes, including document review, depositions, and witness preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop and implement case strategies.
• Analyze economic and financial data relevant to antitrust cases and integrate findings into legal arguments.
• Stay informed about developments in antitrust law and related fields to provide current and effective legal advice.
• Manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient handling of tasks.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in complex antitrust litigation.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Exceptional research and writing skills with a strong track record of producing high-quality legal documents.
• Strong academic background with a demonstrated interest in antitrust law.
• Solid time management and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education
