A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its expanding Litigation group in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in legal research, discovery management, deposition preparation, and trial support.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive factual investigations and legal research.
• Prepare persuasive memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other parties.
• Advise on matters under the Probate Code.
• Prepare and file motions, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Manage multiple cases and administrative responsibilities.
• Contribute to case strategy and discovery plans.
• Respond promptly to client and attorney communications.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong client service skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.

Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
