Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience.
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Commitment to proactive case management.
• Experience with Merus or Litify preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees.

Certifications

• Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing.
